Welcome to East Coast Mugs! 

 

We are located in Knightdale, North Carolina - just outside of Raleigh.  My husband, a life long firefighter, and I started East Coast Mugs as a way to offer a customized yet affordable product.  Our products are perfect as a marketing tool your business, showing your employees your appreciation or as a personalized gift.

 

What makes our products special? 

 

Our products contain a special coating which allows us to transfer the images we print into the coating using heat and pressure.  This process is sublimation.  This process allows us to print full color images onto the surface of our products.  Moreover, because the image becomes embedded into the coating, as opposed to being applied to the surface, the image (and your custom product) will stand the test of time.  We personally make and inspect every product before shipping.

 

We do not have minimum requirements - buy one or buy a hundred - your choice, your way.  We also do not have setup fees.  You provide the image or logo and we will do the work for you.  We also do not charge for basic customization or personalization, including  configuration of your image or logo as well as adding text if desired.

 

If you are looking to create something from scratch, we also offer design assistance for a fee.
